Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ANVL (“the Service”), operated at anvl.club, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ANVL (“we”, “us”, “our”).

The Service

ANVL is a personal development platform designed for young men. The Service includes daily challenges, structured courses, quizzes, community features, gamification (streaks, XP, badges, leaderboards), and coaching content across areas such as body, mind, money, relationships, and craft. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

Accounts

  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be suspended or deleted.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@anvl.club if you suspect unauthorised access.

Subscriptions and Billing

Plans

ANVL offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Details and pricing are available on our pricing page. All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until then. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Changes to Pricing

We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change affects their account.

Content and Conduct

Your Conduct

When using ANVL, you agree not to:

  • Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users.
  • Post or share content that is hateful, discriminatory, or promotes violence.
  • Share illegal content or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service.
  • Spam or send unsolicited messages to other users.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate termination.

Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on ANVL — including challenges, courses, text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by ANVL or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

Your Data

You retain ownership of the personal data you provide to ANVL. By using the Service, you grant us a licence to use your data as described in our Privacy Policy — solely to operate and improve the platform.

Disclaimers

ANVL provides educational content for personal development. The Service is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Content related to fitness, nutrition, mental health, or financial habits is for informational and educational purposes only. Always consult a qualified professional before making significant changes to your health, finances, or legal affairs.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANVL and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or fifty pounds (£50), whichever is greater.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, you should stop using the Service and delete your account.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
